Behind The Print

Some photographs carry more than what is seen in the frame.

Here, I share the stories behind selected images from the DT72photography print collection:

where they were taken,

what drew me to the scene,

and why they stayed with me.

Sometimes the light, timing, colour, or composition says enough. But some images I feel have a story worth sharing, and this is where those stories live. . .

Location: Yangtze River, China

This photograph was taken early one morning on the Yangtze River. While watching the sunrise ahead, I turned around and saw this beautiful glow.

This small decision became the image. A reminder that while it matters to look forward, there is beauty and meaning in remembering where we have been too.
